“ImaraCode”, “we”, “us” means the service provider. “Client”, “you” means the person or organization requesting services. “Deliverables” include websites, apps, systems, designs, documents, and any agreed outputs.
We start with an agreed scope (features, pages, integrations, timelines). If you request new features or major changes after approval, we may provide a revised quote and timeline (this is called “scope change”).
Quotes may be fixed-price or milestone-based. Common milestone plan: deposit to start → mid-project payment → final payment before handover. Payment delays can affect delivery timelines.
Timelines depend on scope and how quickly the Client provides requirements, approvals, and content. Delays in feedback or missing content can push deadlines.
To deliver fast and accurately, you agree to provide (when needed): accurate requirements, logos/brand assets, written content, product lists, access credentials, and timely feedback/approvals.
We typically include reasonable revisions during design and testing phases. Large rewrites or feature additions after approval may be treated as scope change.
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project (unless a different agreement exists). We may reuse general know-how, reusable code components, and non-confidential ideas.
If we assist with hosting/domain setup, you may still be responsible for renewal fees. Third-party platforms (payments, SMS gateways, analytics) may have their own outages, limitations, and pricing.
After launch, we can provide maintenance plans (security updates, backups, content changes, performance tuning). Unless stated in writing, ongoing support is not unlimited and may require a monthly or hourly plan.
You agree not to use our services to build or distribute illegal content, malware, spam systems, phishing, or any activity that violates laws or third-party rights.
We treat project information and credentials as confidential and only use them to deliver your project. Please avoid sharing sensitive credentials via insecure channels when possible.
We aim to deliver quality, secure, and functional software, but no software is guaranteed to be error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, force majeure, or misuse of the system.
Either party may end a project if the other party repeatedly fails to meet obligations (e.g., non-payment or lack of cooperation). Completed work up to termination may be invoiced.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Tell us what you want to build and we’ll share a clear quote, timeline, and next steps.
